Villa Chelidoni is a high-specification private holiday residence, carefully integrated into the natural and architectural landscape of West Mani. The project is a new construction with a total area of 245 sq.m. of main living spaces, complemented by an additional 150 sq.m. basement. The design combines traditional Mani stone with contemporary lines and clear functional solutions.

The architectural composition is based on the use of local materials, strict volumetric geometry, and the formation of outdoor spaces through terracing, stone walls, and planting that follow the natural slope of the site. The residence is organized around generous outdoor living areas and a swimming pool, offering unobstructed views and a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Invoke Engineering Group was responsible for the project in its entirety, including architectural and structural design, building permit issuance, and full construction and site supervision. Particular emphasis was placed on construction detail, material quality, and spatial functionality, aiming to create a residence that meets both the demands of holiday use and the high standards of permanent living.
