The architectural composition follows the principles of Mani architecture, with stone masonry as the dominant element, clean volumes, and a traditional roof, combined with contemporary construction solutions. Particular emphasis is placed on stone detailing, proper volumetric proportions, and the functional organization of spaces, ensuring that the residence meets both family living needs and hospitality requirements.
The company has undertaken the project in its entirety, including architectural and technical design, permitting, supervision, and construction. Throughout the execution, special attention is given to construction quality, accurate material application, and faithful implementation of the design.
