The residence extends over approximately 160 m² of main living spaces and was designed with the aim of creating a functional and comfortable living environment, fully integrated with the natural and built context of the region.

The architectural composition is based on clean volumes, traditional stone masonry, and contemporary openings, achieving a balanced dialogue between the architectural identity of Mani and modern residential requirements. Outdoor spaces are organized around the swimming pool and seating areas, with a direct connection between interior and exterior spaces, reinforcing the character of holiday living.

The company undertook the complete permitting process, project supervision, and construction, ensuring quality control throughout all stages of implementation. Particular emphasis was placed on stonework detailing, the proper proportioning of volumes, and the careful design of the surrounding landscape, allowing the final result to blend naturally into the Mani landscape.
