The architectural composition is based on clean volumes, traditional stone masonry, and contemporary openings, achieving a balanced dialogue between the architectural identity of Mani and modern residential requirements. Outdoor spaces are organized around the swimming pool and seating areas, with a direct connection between interior and exterior spaces, reinforcing the character of holiday living.
The company undertook the complete permitting process, project supervision, and construction, ensuring quality control throughout all stages of implementation.
