Olive & Stone Residences
A two-storey stone residential complex in Mani, designed as two independent holiday apartments with shared outdoor spaces and a common pool.
Mani, Greece
180m²
The project αφορά a two-storey semi-detached residential complex with a total built area of approximately 180 m², consisting of two independent apartments—one on the ground floor and one on the upper level—and a shared swimming pool of 50 m². The design and execution were developed exclusively for professional and tourist use, with a strong focus on functionality, privacy, and overall guest experience.
The building permit had been issued by a previous engineer. Our company undertook the complete redesign of the internal layouts, as well as the supervision and construction of the project, adapting the initial design to meet the contemporary standards of a high-quality tourist accommodation.
The primary objective was the creation of two fully autonomous residences, featuring clear circulation flows, comfortable living spaces, and a direct connection to the outdoor areas and the swimming pool. Particular attention was given to the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, ensuring privacy for each apartment while maintaining a cohesive architectural composition.
The architectural expression follows traditional Mani typologies, incorporating stone masonry, simple lines, and natural materials. Contemporary elements are subtly integrated through detailing, openings, and the design of the surrounding outdoor spaces.
The project was completed as a functional and commercially efficient tourist property, offering a high standard of accommodation along with flexibility for future use and operation.
